When YEPP's production reaches its peak, we act as a buffer. We handle the initial processing steps, such as sawing, cutting to length, or preparation, after which YEPP finishes the materials in their drying chambers.

“When I started here, YEPP was already working with A-kwadraat. What makes this collaboration special is how seamlessly both teams work together. If YEPP’s sawmill can’t handle the volume, they immediately call A-kwadraat . The materials are delivered, processed, and later picked up again for drying and further finishing.

Proximity plays a huge role in this: Gierle and Turnhout are barely five minutes apart. This means we can literally switch gears within half an hour if a shelf is missing or an order needs to be expedited.

“We know exactly what to expect from each other,” says Ive. “If we have an urgent matter, A-kwadraat is A-kwadraat right away. And vice versa.”
