People receiving OCMW benefits don’t always find their way into the workforce right away. Yet they, too, deserve the chance to gain experience as part of a real team, working on real assignments. You can help make that happen.

Together with the OCMW, we ensure that someone in their program can join one of our teams, working directly on your shop floor. This employee works according to A-kwadraat schedule, performs our tasks, and receives guidance from a job coach.

This is how we build growth step by step: from initial experience to full-time employment at your company, through a work experience program or even a permanent contract. So it’s not just about keeping people busy, but about creating opportunities in an environment where talent shines and a future takes shape.

Who is eligible?

The OCMW assesses who is ready for an Article 60 program: a stepping stone that helps people receiving benefits transition to a regular job. These are often people receiving a living wage who want to work but still need some support. Because every situation is different, the partnership with A-kwadraat makes a difference.

How does that work, exactly?

The OCMW handles the contract. So you don't have to do any additional paperwork.
We provide guidance and training. Our employees are never on their own.
The employee will be working alongside you—with enthusiasm, under our guidance, in an environment where learning and growth are central.
Once the program is complete, the transition begins. You’ll gain a fully trained employee without having to search for new employees or train them yourself.

This creates a partnership that works for everyone: you get the support you need, we handle the transition, and the employee gets the chance to continue growing.

It’s important to note that the process always begins in collaboration with A-kwadraat, allowing our employees to grow step by step and eventually move into a full-fledged, valuable role on your team.
