2025 was a year of change for A-kwadraat. As your production specialist with a social conscience, we continued to create work that works for everyone.
2025 was a year of change. Economically, it was not an easy year. Customer demands shifted, volumes fluctuated, and employees’ support needs continued to grow. Yet A-kwadraat continued A-kwadraat . Not because everything went smoothly, but because we found solutions together.
People and Engagement
In 2025, A-kwadraat had686 employees,compared to 659 a year earlier. Of these, 562 employees were distanced from the labor market. In addition, we facilitated Article 60 programs, AMA programs, internships, and individually customized employement. In this way, we further strengthened our role as a partner in workforce activation in the region.
Growth requires guidance
More people are finding their way to A-kwadraat today A-kwadraat a wide range of support needs. That is why we have continued to invest in training, guidance, and well-being. The Talent Academy remains a key pillar in supporting employees and management in their development.
Keep moving forward
Despite a challenging environment, A-kwadraat continued A-kwadraat . Revenue grew by 9.4% compared to 2024. At the same time, we gained a clearer picture of our sustainability priorities through a dual materiality analysis. External audits also reaffirmed our quality standards, including the renewal of our ISO 9001 certification and a positive unannounced FAVV audit.
We’ll continue to build in 2026 as well. Based on who we are. And above all: based on what we can do for others.
