A-kwadraat believes it all starts with listening. That’s why we conduct a customer satisfaction survey every three years. Not as a formality, but as a deliberate opportunity to reflect on how customers experience our partnership. What’s going well? Where are we already making a difference today? And where are the opportunities for us to continue growing together?

The results of our most recent survey confirm that we have a strong foundation. Customers are not only satisfied; they are also loyal and actively recommend A-kwadraat . With an average recommendation score of 8.87 out of 10 and a Net Promoter Score of 63 , it’s clear that trust in us is high.

What stands out most here is that customers don’t view A-kwadraat as just another option, but asa full-fledged, professional partner. And that’s exactly what matters to us. Because we don’t just want to do the work—we want to truly collaborate.

The survey also highlights some very clear strengths. Customers appreciate our communication, the quality of the work we deliver, and the way we align with their production process. These three pillars consistently score highly: communication receives an average score of 4.52 out of 5, quality 4.47 out of 5, and alignment with the production process 4.32 out of 5.

These aren’t just random numbers. They reveal how customers experience their partnership with A-kwadraat : as clear, engaged, and reliable. As a partnership characterized by collaborative thinking, quick responses, and a solution-oriented approach.

We also see clear confirmation in the area of sustainability . Customers consider the sustainable nature of A-kwadraat to be important and recognize the social value added by our operations. At the same time, the survey indicates that circularity represents an interesting growth opportunity for many customers. Three out of four respondents see opportunities in this area either today or in the near future.

We’ll take that into account. Not because we need to change course, but because customers are pointing out where they see additional opportunities. The same applies to innovation. It’s viewed positively, but customers feel it could be even more visible. So innovation is already happening; we just want to demonstrate even more clearly by 2026 what it actually means in practice: in process improvements, in collaboration, and in customized solutions.
