In 2024, our organization needed to be agile. Sometimes that meant slowing down, and other times it meant picking up the pace. What remained constant was our commitment to inclusive and sustainable business practices, driven by our values, our people, and a long-term perspective.
A milestone and a mission
We celebrated A-kwadraat 60th anniversary A-kwadraat our feet firmly on the ground and our hearts full. We took new steps with our Talent Academy, deepened our co-creation with clients, and received valuable recognition for our sustainable business practices with the SDG Champion certification.
Building People and Valuable Workplaces
Construction really isn’t always just about bricks. It’s about people growing, in workplaces that fit, within systems that adapt. We want to be an organization that responds to the needs of the region, our customers, and a changing society, thereby continuing to deliver added value. The fact that this approach has been recognized with five EFQM stars confirms that our mission, vision, and values not only provide direction but also deliver results.
