In this way, we also address the changing needs of the diverse Turnhout region: who is experiencing a disconnect from the labor market, and how can we help them find work? How can we contribute to their reintegration into the workforce?

Strong Together with the Right Workforce

Customers see that our approach also meets their needs, which is driving an increase in demand for more workers, including for on-site work. If we identify a digital skills gap, we provide training. It’s worth noting that this is how we’re taking our first steps into the healthcare sector, where our people support healthcare staff by taking on daily maintenance tasks.

Sustainability is about building the future together

At its core, sustainability is a form of cooperation, of reaching out to one another. Toward people today and toward future generations, from whom we borrow space and resources. It’s not the easiest path, but looking ahead to 2024 shows that our five-star EFQM score confirms our vision and daily practices. This is certain, no matter what the years may bring: sustainable practices benefit everyone— people, the environment, the organization, performance, and society.
