What You Do as a Personal Support Worker

Every day, you’ll set out from our A-kwadraat location in Gierle with a small team of landscapers. You’ll work on-site at private clients’ properties and for municipalities. You’ll get your hands dirty and help create a pleasant environment for everyone. You’ll manage the equipment and translate the client’s expectations into clear instructions for your team.

What You Need to Be Able to Do

• Weeding, planting, installing paving, and much more. That’s why experience in landscaping maintenance and a basic understanding of mowers and pruning tools are required.
• Supporting people who are distanced from the labor market so they can find meaningful work tailored to their talents.
• Organizing, establishing structure, and keeping logistics in order.
• Ensuringquality and safety.
• Managing a team and maintaining contact with customers.
• Physical outdoor work. So you need to be in good physical condition.
• Driving a van, including a trailer. To do so, you must have a Class B and BE driver's license .
