What You Do as a Personal Support Worker
- You will supervise a group of people who are distanced from the labor market in a production setting and encourage them to complete a specific task correctly and on time.
- You are responsible for preparing and ensuring the proper execution of the assignments.
- You have administrative skills and are proficient in data processing on a PC.
- You actively engage with your group and guide them in a positive and encouraging way.
What You Need to Be Able to Do
- Supporting people who are distanced from the labor market so they can find meaningful work tailored to their talents. A professional bachelor’s degree in human sciences is also a great choice.
- Align the division of tasks with the skills and needs of the production workers.
- Enjoys working in a production environment and is a hands-on person. Setting up machines, organizing workstations in a practical way, ordering materials on time and correctly…
- Ensure that tasks are prepared and carried out correctly, and that the required entries are made in the data system.
- Ensuringquality and safety.
- Effective teamwork, coordinated by the lead supervisor.
